Tier 1 ILR: Part 2 Consent and Documents

Post by V_i_k_i » Fri Mar 10, 2023 7:05 pm

Hello friends,

A couple of questions about my Tier 1 ILR application:

1) Consent form Part 2. Does it mean I should leave it blank if all my documents - payslips, contract, employer's letter etc - are only about me? Say, I don't have any shared accounts.

2) In the Declaration, there are Mandatory documents and Other documents. But when I tried to leave some of the docs unticked (say, not all of them are required for my Tier, or I simply don't have any other passports that I used to enter the UK) - it says I need to tick everything to continue the application. I wonder if that's a big issue if I provide no other passports as a result? Is it a bug at all? I'm worried because in their checklist they say: You have agreed to include the following documents in your application. Though it wasn't really my agreement - the application just couldn't be done without my 'agreement'! So that even Other documents looked mandatory.

Thank you in advance!

Some of the forms are generic and hence what you are experiencing. Tick to be able to continue while you provide all supporting documents relevant to your specific application.
Thank you in advance!

Thank you AmazonianX!

One more question is, whether the electronic signature be enough for the Consent Form? The signature I can insert is not totally fake like in DocuSigns - it's actually my real signature just scanned and digitalised. I have this signature in one other document, so they'll know that those 2 are surprisingly similar. Is it OK?
