start time of the 10 years ILR eligibility period

Hello everyone,

I have questions about the start time of the ILR eligibility period under the long-term residence route.

As the guidence in LR 10 years route mentioned the requirements the period needs to have valid leave to enter or reamin, but it does not specifed the start time.

Is the time time started from the first days of arrival in the UK or the leave to enter effect date ?

*The initial visa was applied outside of the UK, and arrived the UK after the visa effect date.
