Do i qualify to apply for ILR

I am married to a British national and i have a son who is 7 years old. were married in 2019 but we have been together much longer that . i am currently on a 10 year route and i have done 5 years now and due to extend next month. my question can i apply for ILR and also i am a support worker for 4 month now do i pay health surcharge

Being married to a citizen and having a young child does not make you eligible for ILR as you still need to meet the ILR requirements under your route. If you are under the 10-year route, then you need 10 years before becoming eligible
