UK NARIC still valid

Hi,
I'm going to apply ILR on basis family visa as my wife is British citizen and for English language requirement

I got certificates both (AQUALS) and (ELPS) from UK NARIC and it changed to Ecctis .are my certificates both (AQUALS) and (ELPS) from UK NARIC still valid and shall i use in ILR.

Yes still valid, use it again.
