Urgent Help and Advice needed.
My husband applied for ILR two months ago using the Set P form as he completed his 5 years of being a refugee living in the UK. Our 14 y.o. son and I (we joined my husband in the UK on family reunion) were included as dependents in his application. On 20 December, he received approval for his ILR but unfortunately, my son and I were refused. We know that we need to submit a new application using form Set P asap within 14 days. My top question here is who should submit this new application, my husband who received refugee protection who has a Home Office Reference number, whose ILR BRP card is being sent to him in the next few days, or I, who joined him on family reunion.
