Hello.
I am trying to apply for ILR after 5 years under Dependant spouse visa. The problem we are facing is the financial requirement. I work part time and my husband works as a contractor whose company is less than 1 year old. We both got some redundancy payments when previous employment went insolvent.With the redundancy payments received(fully taxed), our financial requirements are met but I’m concerned whether they will take the redundancy payment as income ?

Are you under the family route or dependant route? What is your immigration history ?
