ILR + Global talent visa

Hi all, hoping to get some advise :

1. While I am eligible for ILR, my wife’s dependent on my Global Talent Visa and has 2 more years to complete before she is eligible for ILR. So I wanted to understand what category will she have to apply now? Currently her visa expires with mine on same date. So for next two years how do I apply for the Dependent visa so that her clock doesn’t get reset?
2. ⁠I also have 3 penalty points on my license for over speeding. So which section do I declare it? Is it under driving offence where they ask this separately?

Have you applied for ILR in 2020?

1. The wife needs to apply as GTV dependant. It will be a three years extension.

2. No need to declare. The driving offences include disqualification (e.g. receiving 12 or more penalty points).

What is the dependant's full immigration history then ?
GTV rules do not care about the type of the dependant visa as long as she has had 5 years under any dependant/family of the main applicant
