Savings required for ilr

Hi.my wife came to uk on spouse visa with 18600 rule in place.now shes soon due for ilr.if she fulfills financial requirement through only savings,how much savings would she need to apply for ilr and again just to mention she came to uk on the 18600 financial rule.

Also the savings are in my account [ sponsor] not in the applicant account.is that ok

The requirement is that the cash saving must be above (min salary threshold + £16000) for ILR, so £18600 + £16000 = £34,600 minimum cash savings needed for your spouse. The money can be in either of your accounts

Hi.my wife came to uk on spouse visa in 2020, she passed her life in the uk test in 2021,now shes gonna apply for ilr in 2025, my question is she passed her test 4 years ago in 2021 does she needs to resit and pass life in the uk again as its been 4 years since she passed

Test doesn’t expire and can be used for ILR.

She can supply the URN of the test she took in 2021, that is all she needs.
