Hi Kaya Legal!
I need more information about ILR 5 years period. And how to count 5 years for ILR of we applied from uk and for skilled work visa.
In my case I was made application on 28 February 2022 for skilled workers visa and Biometric on 21 March 2022.
And I got visa on 04 April 2022 to 10 March 2027. So am I eligible for ILR or not? And if i eligible on what date I applied for ILR and if I am not eligible what I have to do?
