ILR for Dependant & Public Funds

Hi,

I have received my ILR via skilled worker route earlier this month. I have immediately applied for child benefit after I received my ILR.

I'm now planning to apply ILR for my wife via dependent of skilled worker route.

Does the child benefit I'm claiming on my name have any impact on my wife's ILR application?

My wife had done her B1 English test yesterday.
She had received her provisional results today.

Can she apply using the provisional result or does she need to wait until she received final results?
