ILR after GTV - a few questions

Hello everybody,

I am in the process of applying for my ILR after 3 years of GTV (Endorsed funder route) and was hoping to get some clarity as I am struggling to understand some of the exact dates involved.

I originally got a 3-year visa starting from 1 may 2022 and expiring 1 may 2025. As far as I understand it, I can apply from 28 days before the end of my qualifying period (3 april 2025), which makes it fairly unlikely that I will get my decision before the end of my current visa. My questions are:
1 - Do I need to ask for super priority to make sure I will get my decision before my current visa expires? If I do, would it be a problem to get the decision before the full qualifying period of 3 years?
2 - If I don't get the decision in time, I understand that my visa conditions are extended until I get the decision, is that correct? mostly asking because I don't want my landlord kicking me out on the grounds that I don't have a valid visa out of their ignorance.
3 - regarding absences from the UK: I am positive that I have not spent more than 180 days outside of the UK in any given year. However, I am originally from Europe, so I have gone back and forth occasionally for single weekends. I am on an eVisa, so I have no idea how to track down for sure every time I left the country by looking at passport stamps or the like. Is there an effective way to find this information beyond trying to make sense of three years' worth of diary? If I miss a weekend out of the country, is that going to be a major problem, provided that it doesn't bring me over the 180 days cut-off?
