ILR application related advice required

Dear All,

I hope you’re doing well. I would appreciate your advice on the best course of action regarding my wife's visa situation.

My wife was on a 5-year dependent visa (as the dependent of a settled person), which expired in December 2024. A couple of months before her visa ended, we moved to a new town. Unfortunately, soon after our move, we faced several personal difficulties, including the loss of a few close relatives one after another. As a result, we were unable to apply for her visa renewal in time.

She has been residing in the UK for over 10 years and is also the mother of our only child, who is a British citizen. Given these circumstances, what would be the most appropriate route to apply for her visa now?

There is no requirement for someone to apply for ILR as soon as they become eligible.
Can you provide her full immigration history, including all the dates ?
