ILR for PBS Dependent

Hi team,
This is for one of my friend. His family (wife and kids) have ILR. His family obtained ILR last year. His wife was Tier 1 Entrepreneur. She and kids got ILR based on the grounds that his husband travels a lot and has a business in another country which he has to take care of and his wife is the sole responsible person to take care of kids. Now, he has to apply for ILR, as previously his stay of five years was not complete. One of the main reasons was covid, as he was stuck in other country due to covid restrictions.

Can someone please guide which for he has to fill and also is their any requirement of maintaining two jobs as is needed in Tier 1 Entrepreneur?

The business related requirements like job creation under Tier 1E rules only apply to the main applicant, they have NOTHING to do with their dependents. Their dependants are issued visa as PBS dependants so different rules apply.

He should apply using form SET(O), choosing Tier 1 dependant category: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/set-o
