ILR application

Here is my immigration history;

First came to UK (on dependent visa) - September 4th 2015.
Went back to India- April 2nd 2019 --- 4 years
LOST LONG STAY

Returned to UK – Nov 22nd 2020 on a spouse visa as ILR dependent.
MY DAUGHTER WAS BORN IN THE UK ON 18/08/21 AND EVENTUALLY BECAME A BRITISH CITIZEN BY BIRTH.
Went back to India – Feb 2nd 2022--- 437 days
TOTAL UK ABSENCE – 437 days (still on spouse visa + mother of minor British citizen)
Returned to UK – April 19th 2023.

Went back to India – September 25th 2023.
Returned to UK-April 18th 2024---207 days

Went back to India – August 17th 2025.
Returned to UK – August 30th 2025---14 days.

My current Visa expires in March 2026. When can I apply for ILR in the given circumstances?

Family route has no absence limits. You have been eligible for ILR for nearly two months now. Apply using form SET(M)
