ILR validity

hi,
My passport will expire on June 2010, and I am entiteled to apply for ILR. my questiones are:-
1) is ILR will expire when my passport expire?
2) how many days I can stay outside of UK when I have ILR?
3) If i overstay outside of UK while I am having ILR, can I renew/reactivate? and what is the requirements.

2. An ILR holder would be subject to the returning residents provisions.
