Am confused plis someone assist me , my spouse visa ends 2 may 2010, and my 2nd anniversary is on 30th may 2010, meaning if i apply according to to the 2dn anniversary my visa will have expired 28days ago. plis when should i apply. plis indicate the date.

You need to apply 28 days before your 2nd anniverary, so if you submit your application to arrive on the 2nd, you'll be fine. Send by recorded or special delivery and keep the receipt. You can if you choose, send it a few days before the 2nd and it will be kept for processing until the qualifying date.
You've passed the Life in the UK test (KOL), or completed an ESOL Citizens course?
