Qualifiyng Period of 28 days

Is there anyone who can confirm me the following

If a current permission (Visa) expire on 21st of April 2010 what would be the exact earliest date with in 28 days of Qualifying period.

I guess it would be 24th of March 2010 the earliest date to apply. Am i right?

your ILR qualification date depends on the date of entry in the UK and not on visa issue / expiry date(s).

u can apply any time in the last 28 days but should 7 days before the visa expire and if u come one month late after ur visa issued date then u have apply for extention otherwise ilr
