Family appointment with dependants - Anyone?

Post by claudiafan » Tue May 11, 2010 8:09 am

I am soon to apply settlement after 5 years of fulfillment of my work permit and i would like to apply in person not by post. When i checked on UKBA's website, i have a question in mind.

I am including my dependents in my ILR application which includes my husband and 2 children, so i understand i need to schedule a family appointment . The question is that do i need to bring my husband and 2 children, one is 3 years old and the other is just a new born baby acompany me to the appointment? I found that it is extremely difficult to bring everyone to the appointment and not sure if it is necessary to do so.

Anyone who knows or have similar experiences please share with me and i would be really appreciated.

off what I've read its not really a necessity to bring your dependents along but you need to have some sort of a letter supporting their absence and should be signed by your husband too..in this case.
