ILR - Queries

Hi Guys,

I am planning to apply for ILR in August (3 years WP + 2 years Tier1).

Can you please advise me on below queries?

a) I was on Indian salary and UK GBP allowance for first 2 years in UK from one of the Indian IT companies. I was employee of Indian company during the same peiord and was working in London at client's place.
Due to same I do have Indian IT tax returns for first 2 years. I got P60 for first 2 years but it has all 0 entries for UK income/pay apart from few allowance related entries. I got payslips for my monthly allowance and for Indian salary.

Will this create any issues for my ILR application as I have 2 P60 with 0 entries for my UK income? As I was on allowance and not income/payroll over here.

b) Can you please point me the thread for the complete list of documents required for ILR application? There are so many topics and I could not find consolidated list of documents anywhere.

1. What other evidence(s) do you have to show that you were earning in the UK during the first two years? Were you issued payslips that show the allowances given? Or bank statements?

Since you were on WP initially, you may be asked for evidence of income consistent with the amount declared in your WP.

2. Search the forum and you'll find posts by successful applicants detailing the list of documents they arranged and submitted for their ILR application.
