ILR i left the country for 8 months

i got my ILR from mariage work out we are on divorce process , i got my ilr i left the uk 8 months now do you think i will find problems or any trouble coming back to uk ???

Hi, I think you need to be clearer in your query as I'm sure that I'm not the only one struggling to understand what you are trying to say, especially the first part of your sentence.

Unless ILR was obtained fraudulently, there is nothing to worry about. The 8 month absence (after being granted settlement) shouldn't cause you trouble in returning to UK but will have influence on when you may be eligible to naturalise.
