I entered in UK on work permit on 24/07/2006. My absences abroad are 93 days (24/01/07 to 26/04/07) as a buisness trip, then holidays as 21 days (25/07/07 to 14/08/07), 39 days (19/06/08 to 28/07/08), 36 days (29/06/09 to 03/08/09) and 38 days (07/07/10 to 13/08/10). There is no unpaid period. Shall I be eligible to apply for PR on 28/06/2010.

You may be eligible for ILR from Sunday, 26 June 2011.

Count only whole days when absent from the UK (50(10)).
