Documents for ILR-Urgent please

Post by jinx270 » Thu Jan 06, 2011 7:34 pm

Can somebody clear my doubt here please.
The ILR form SET(O) says on section 9L--

-Evidence that you are economically active in the UK in employment or self-employment or both. The evidence should take the form of documents showing your personal earnings (if you are employed) or business accounts (if you are self-employed).

For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.

Question is ---What do they mean by Documents showing that you met the relevant requirement of the immigration rules before the grant of Tier 1 visa?
What documents should we provide?

I am applying in Feb '11 no t more time left for me.
I s there an telephone number that we can contact them to clarify the doubts?

Thanks

I think what they mean is all the documents you used to get your Tier1.
I got my ILR on the 7th and I took all the documents I used for my Tier1 but they didn't ask for them.
They only asked for
3 months bank statements
p60 for 5 years
letter of employment
Life in Uk test

It was quite straightforward

good Luck on your application

I dont think it has anything to do with your existing visa expiry. You can book an appointment anytime after you are eligible for ILR.
