There is a quick question concerning Indefinite Leave to Remain after 10 years lawful stay. There are two requirements concerning length staying outside the UK during the relevant period, as shown below.
•You should not have been outside the UK for longer than six months in any one time during the relevant period.
•You should not have been outside the UK for longer than 18 months in total during the relevant period.
I definitely fit the requirements. But I was wondering if checking passport stamps of customs is only way to identify the exact length staying outside the UK. If yes, there are few stamps overlap on my passport, which may bring difficulties to visa officer (please see attachment). This really worries me.
