ILR - need one more year

Post by visage » Fri Mar 18, 2011 11:49 am

Hi,

In August 2011, I will qualify for 9 years' legal stay here in UK.
I cannot go Tier 1 or Tier 2 routes, have already explored these options.

My partner and I have been living together for 18 months only and my PSW visa expires in April 2011. Is there a way to extend a stay here for a further 6 - 9 months without having to be employed, so that when we apply for partnership visa, and I can qualify for ILR in 2012?

Or - is there any other provision that will allow me to extend my stay here for another year?

Thanks
