peo solihul 30march. do I need to photocopy

Hi. Finaly booked ilr set M for hubby at solihul. Rang and there was no appointments til 18april. Checked online and 30mar came up with jus 1 appointmt at 12.30 so quickly booked!

App form says we need photocopies ....if so where do I put them...each photocopy with its original...or all photocopies in a separate file.. which would be easier?

You dont need photocopies, i took mine to Solihull and the lady refused to take them as she said she will do it herself, its not mandatory,

It's advisable if you have the photcopies of all your documents.This will allow the caseworker to treat your case faster.
but if you dont have the photopies,it's not going to be problem.the caseworker will still have to make photocopies for record purpose.

Thank-you for that. I rang the peo enquiry office and lady said you should have photocopies of supporting docs as they can refuse to see you without them. but I have read a lot of posts recently saying they weren't needed. anyhow I have photocopies of supporting docs but the docs I have as backups incase they require more letters etc I have not photocopied. better to be safe I guess.

I bet you if you are going to Solihull they will not take your photocopies, i had a detailed conversation with the case worker over there as she was in very good mood, she told me clearly that specially in SET M application they dont want photocopies from clients as most of the clients bring 100's of documents and its not fair for them to bring 100'2 of copies etc. so keep it with you offer them but i am sure the wont take it.
