ILR under human rights

Hi all wondering if some one can help me. I came in uk in 2002 under general student. I still hold tier4. I got 5 years old son who born in uk. Can I apply for ILR under human rights article 8.

are you being told to leave the country? if not, then no. Even if you were, there is no provision for this.

If the child is 7 years old and if you were told to leave the country, there is some consession for this to happen.

As you came to UK in 2002, why not just wait one more year and apply under long residency???
