ILR after 7 years of WP->HSMP->Tier1

Hi,
Please suggest.

I have lived and worked in UK for last 7+ years as follows

1. Work Permit - issued 28th Nov 2003, entered UK 10th Dec 2003
2. Work Permit - 16 July 2004 for 2 years
3. HSMP Approved - 17 Feb 2006 to 2 years (pls note : HSMP ILR JR)
4. Application for leave to remain in UK - 28th July 2008 to July 2011 (Tier 1 General)

I am eligible for applying ILR, however I have financial mess such as my bank records shows negative due to overdraft in last 2 years (due to my small product company investment loss).

I have been fully employed in all the years and have been consistently earning.

I am worried if I show my last 3 months bank statement, that may impact my ILR application/during interview ?
Or
As I entered UK on 10th Dec 2003, when I apply for ILR will they see record between 2003 to 2007?

Usually they only ask for 3 or maximum 6 months bank statement. You may be asked for 5 years P60 (income tax record) which should not be difficult to obtain and show as it has nothing to do with your bank balance.

Apply ASAP.
