Letter about Employment

Hi All,

My company wrote something like;

This is to confirm Mr.XXX has been employed in UK by XXXX since 15th May 2006 on a coontinous basis in the capacity of engineer...

Then there is a nice chart showing my details like salary and Permanent - Full Time...

Should this letter still say something like, we need him in future? or all this is enough?
