Does any one know what exactly is this requirement on page 20, Section:D.

Does it have any impact on tier 1 General category. ( 35 Points)

I believe the text in brackets (35 points) is in error - on page 20.

35 points for not being absent from UK for 180 days in 1 calendar year is applicable to only Tier 1 (Entrepreneurs) and Tier 1 (Investors) ... and for them the question is asked at page 31.

Tier 1 (General) migrants just need to tick to confirm that they meet the residence requirement.
