ILR - 10 Year rule ( absences and visa types)

Post by skaa10 » Mon Jul 11, 2011 1:08 am

I have a few questions for the ILR based on 10 year rule:
how long can you stay out of the country in any one trip (90 days or 180 days)
Can you use a combination that includes visitor visa?
There are two many stamps in my passports (3 of them) some of which have faded. How accurate must the absences be?
Thanks for your assistance

Six months.
Combination of visitor status possible.
SAR records may help with entry dates.
