Hi everyone,
i just had a query ..i hope anyone can resolve that...I was granted tier 2 general visa in nov 2009....my period of leave is from 25 nov 2009 to 19 nov 2012....in nov 2012 i will apply for another 2 year extention....now my question is when i will apply for ILR after 5 years....u can see in my first leave there is 1 week short .....will that be considered less than 5 year duration as there is 1 week short...and will have to apply for another extension then? please help me with this query

As has been suggested earlier, better that you ask this question in 2014, close to the time of application. No one can tell you today what the rules may be in 2014.
