SET(O) Form: HSMP pre Nov 2006: LITUK, new passport

Post by lechap » Wed Aug 31, 2011 12:41 am

I came to the UK in Oct 2006 under the HSMP and am going to apply for an IRL in September 2011.

1) Should I tick this box on the page 3 of the application?
If you are applying as a highly skilled migrant (HSMP), are you doing so under the terms of the HSMP ILR judicial review policy document? See main guidance notes for more information about this.
2) I have passed the Life in the UK test, should I tick the boxes in the application in Section 4? Or should I just wait the next year application for the citizenship? If I tick it now, will not I have to again prove that I passed the test a year later?

3) Will I need to prove I have funds? Should I ask my bank to provide an uptodate statement the day before I go to the PEO office?

4) If I have a new passport and its number is registered in the police certificate, do I need to have also some sort of a police stamp in my new passport, or will the note in the certificate be sufficient?
