Extension appoval letter required?

Post by pjunk » Mon Sep 19, 2011 3:00 pm

This qustion is to all those who are experts in this field or who has been through this process

Basically, I have lost my last extension approval letter. I do hold a photocopy but original is misplaced. I have visa stamp on my passport as a proof of all the visas and leaves I have held.

Would it be ok to go for ILR without this letter or should I try and reissue the same?

Thanks

Vignette in the passport / BRP (as the case may be) issued subsequent to extension application is proof enough (of extension).
