Read SET(O) form, which explains the documentary evidences required.

And, please don't shout.

Hi,thanks for reply,i am sorry for 'shouting' on my previous post. i had a little problem back in 2005 when i applied for student extension. i applied 10 day(13 jan 05) before my visa expire(23 jan 05) but HO unable to take payment from my card and send me letter back(on 25 jan 05) asking me pay the fee within 28days or we will not consider your application and you have to apply again with new application. but then i send payment on 28 jan 2005 and i got my extension on 20 feb 05 with no issues.
i am just worried ,have i broken any law of continous residence as i paid my fee for application just after my leave expired, but i actually applied for extension on time and HO allowed me to send payment within 28 day of that letter.

please advice me as that looks only weak point in my case.
thanks

1. Did they send u all the documents back with u application form or just asked you to send the payment?
2. If the correct fee (Either mistake by you or HO) is not enclosed then the application is invalid.
3. It wud be a different point if HO made an error in processing the payment.

hi,tahnks for that quick reply,
they did send my application back with new payment form and ask me to return ur application to specific address '' using the red address label provided with this letter'',
i send all application to specific address in Connock and then i got visa.

but now i am going to confuse you, at the same time i got separate letter from home office for recipt of my application and payment.and they took payment from my account.

as i was worried about first letter i replied first letter with new payment details and send my application.

now HO has deducted fees twice, but later when i got my visa and they also credited my fees in bank. they also send me letter in march 2005 that our record show you paid us twice.which i still have for proof.

its bit confusing as i gone through all my visa/passports and paperwork just find this bit out of order,
please advice

thanks so much..

Even if there was a problem with non-payment, you should be okay.
