Indefinite leave to remain (ILR): URGENT

Post by ashubhatt » Sun Feb 12, 2012 4:28 pm

Hi All,

I need URGENT help to know what are my options.

Work Permit: 23-03-07 - 23-03-12
Tier 1 (General Migrant) : 08-05-2009 - 08-05-2012
Entered in UK: 11-03-07 (On a Visitor Visa)

I finish 5 years on 23-03-12 for ILR.

I don't qualify for HSMP Judicial Review as per the below snippet. Does that mean I have to score points to get ILR or get HSMP extension ??

Please help

HSMP Forum Ltd Judicial Review policy document

The HSMP Forum Ltd Judicial Review policy document covers migrants who:
received a Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP) approval letter issued under the requirements in place before 7 November 2006; and
were granted entry clearance or an extension of stay on the basis of that letter.
For further details see the HSMP Forum Ltd Judicial Review: Policy Document (opens in a new window).
If you are covered by this policy you should not use this tool to assess your eligibility for an extension. Instead you should read the HSMP Forum judicial review (extension of stay) section (opens in a new window).

yes, you do not qualify for the ILR under Judicial Reform Review. You will have to apply in the normal category and will have to show 1 year earnings and other documents as proof for the points you are going to claim.
