Dependant visa for wife in India

Hi

I have got ILR in the UK.
Can someone please let me know what all documents might be required if I need to bring my wife from India as a dependent.
Also will she be given an Indefinite visa (as I have ILR) or will she be given visa for a finite period and I will ahve to later apply for ILR for her
