Ent Tier1 to ILR

He doesn’t qualify for ILR as he came to uk June 2018 ..

I’m still waiting for mine ILR applied 10.1.2019 w
Tier 1 entrepreneur route ..

Now mine husband visa is abt to expire need to apply .. need some queries regarding online form.

PBS dependent partner form :

1)Do you currently have any application with HO which decision is not made yet ??
Yes or no

I went through the thread now. Yes your husband needs a PBS extension. Apply before his visa expires. Include a cover letter and mention to consider his application only after a decision is made on your ILR application. He will only get a decision after you get your ILR decision.

1) Your husband is the applicant so he does not have any pending application with HO so answer will be NO.

If I am correct the form will also ask about your details later as you are the one whom your husband is joining.

While filling this form .. I got stuck with some questions regarding NHS fees ..
it should be 1200£ as per mine knowledge but during form filling it’s come up with only 200£ ..
I don’t know where I’m going wrong in filling his ihs form .. any guaidance will b appreciated ..

There seems to be a technical error as other members have reported this also. Wait for someone else to respond to this.
I think they write a cover letter and HO then contacts to pay rest of the IHS as its a technical error.

Finally good news is here ..
Yes got mine (tier 1 ent team ) 50 k route approval letter ..
Note: never been interviewed on any stage ..
Note : applied 10 jan 2019 n received email regarding g mine business partner wife n sons visa ?? Replied to them n after 3 days received approval letter .. although I havt received any letter or email yet but as it’s team route so I’m happy ..
