Yes, it will be OK. However, note that she can only apply for ILR on her own using form SET(LR). The child must apply separately using form SET(LR) or SET(F)

Thanks for confirming, Zimba. Is there any disadvantage here? I suppose my spouse and my 2 children will have to apply separately using set LR, as their dates are exactly same. They will end up having 3 separate applications with separate biometric appointments to be booked. Is that the disadvantage here? But, hopefully not much documentation here, which is an advantage. Just passports & Life in the UK (for my spouse). Rest everyhting were already provided in earlier applications. I suppose they all can apply on the same dates as well.
