sorry for asking this again, but I didnt get clear answer.

I had applied for ILR about a month ago, however I could've applied for my wife as well, but I didnt know that I could.

now I need to add my wife to the application, do I send the same form + the diffrence in fees with covering letter.

or do I need to pay my fees + dependant in fully again.

also can I use SET(O) for that.

I was not granted ILR, I am still waiting for response.

I cannot apply FLR for her, unless I already have the ILR in my hands.

So wait until you have ILR then make her application.

problem is that my visa which my wife depends on, expires next week.

however I called UKBA, and a lawyer got the same answer.

I can send the same application, + the diffrenence in fees. with the covering letter explaining to home office to combine the two together.

If you can clearly cross-reference the FLR(M) application with existing SET(O) then send it in before your leave expires.
