Dear Friends,

Here is my scenario:

1. Came in UK in May 2008 on WP (valid for two years)
2. Got extension in May 2010 from WP to Tier 2 ICT
3. Went to India before my Tier 2 ICT expires to convert that to Tier 2 General

I will complete my 5 years next year in May. Am I eligible considering I stayed on Tier 2 ICT for one year.?

I don't see any issue. were you working for same employer? how long were you away from the UK? you may need to give more details if you think there could be an issue.

Worked for the same employer between 2008 to 2010 until I got transferred to Tier 2 general for a new employer..
