Hey

I live in the UK and I just want to get some detail on this. I am applying for ILR on Tier 1 in a few weeks and i have not recieved any detail regarding Biometric residence permits whilst i have been here, and i don't have one?!?!

I am guessing this is something i require? Do i simply fill out the section in the SET (O) and then they will contact me to start to process, or MUST i have this prior to applying?

Thanks!

have you actually read the SET(O) form?

You just need to fill SET(O) form and it includes everything.

If are applying in person, your biometrics will be enrolled same day and if applying by post, you will be asked to make an appointment for biometrics at any of the PEOs or one of the designated post offices.

Funny enough after posting i did!
To answer my own question it reads that if you do not have a Bio-metric permit, you will be specified to apply for one on the application!!

Sorry for wasting time!
