Hi Board members,

I was calculating my Earning Points for ILR [via Tier-1]. I have a doubt.

My Salary Slip says -
Payments::
Leaves = 600
Wages = 2500
Deductions::
PAYE = 100
NI = 60
Recoverd = 2000 [Short of Notice Period serve]
---------
Total Gross Pay = 3100
Gross for TAX = 1100
minus tax = - 150
Net Payment = 950 [Matches to Bank Statement]

??? Which figure I should consider as earning 3100 or 1100 ???

Hi

To the best of my knowledge UKBA always takes the Gross pay in to consideration while calculating any points you're claiming.

Good luck for your ILR.

Any more thoughts please?

hi guys,

May I have more views on this matter please so I can fill in SET(O) form confidently.

Please let me know if I should consider

Total Gross Pay TD
or
Gross for Tax TD

for Previous Earning

In my case Total Gross is higher than Gross for Tax due to Deduction in my wage for Notice Period Short Fall.
