Dear

Here is my scenario:

1. HSMP stamped on 25th June 2007.
2. Came first in UK on 03rd Aug 2007.
3. Got extension in June 2009 from HSMP to Tier 1 General.
4. Tier-1 is valid until 25th June 2012.

I will complete my 5 years on 02nd Aug 2012 but my VISA expires on 25th June 2012. Is that possible if i can apply PR in June 2012.

As per the modernised guidance, if you entered UK within 3 months of start of your EC, that period may be counted towards the 5 year qualifying period.
