out of uk letter by employer - please advise the format ..

Hello Friends : Will the below format be OK as out of UK Letter by Employer.I want to keep this as simple .

Subject: Application for Indefinite Leave to Remain SET (O)

Dear Sir / Madam

This is to confirm that Mr ABC has been working with <COMPANY name> since 28th November 2002. Mr. ABC is working as a Senior Associate, Quality Assurance. He is currently on a Very long term assignment to UK. As per our record he first entered UK on 3rd June 2007.

During his employment he was absent from United Kingdom, in India for the following periods.

You are well under the threshold and don’t really need this letter. If you had over 180 absences, then I would have suggested getting a letter from employer.

You also don’t have any single absence over 90 days which is also within the allowed limit.

Hi

I agree with linkers you're well under the threshold so I dont think so that you need this letter from your employer at all.

Let me also tell you this thing that HO CW wanted to see presize documents which are most relevant to your case I am sharing this with you from my past experiences with the HO. Not a single time I've found that they really wanted to see any extra bit of paper which is not required or which has got less importance regarding to the case. Just use your common sense every one likes to do their work care fully but no body likes to over worked for any thing.
