ILR IT issues in LIVERPOOL

Yesterday me and wife went Liverpool for ILR PEO Appointment. Unforunately they took my application after three hours they said we had problems with IT issues. Case worker told we will post your passport couple of days. Anybody idea about how long it will get my passport and BRP card. Case worker told we give a call.
Still I am not understanding wht is the point of paying one day appointment money. I paid 2755 GBP.

, but not heard anything for Liverpool, In Croydon case, they used to get the approval in 2 weeks. it is depend on the work load.
