I am applying for ILR on 8th May (HSMP + Tier1) along with my wife and 2 kids as my dependents.

Q1. Will I need to fill in separate forms for each dependent or will the details that I've provided on the main (my) form be sufficient?

Q2. Once the biometric has been done, can my family go home or will they have be at the PEO office (Croydon) until the result is handed out?

Q1. You don’t need a separate form. You just need 1 SET(O) form for everyone.

Q2. Yes your dependants can leave as soon as the biometrics are done.
