Please can you confirm with me that you can apply for indefinite leave to remain when you are on a unmarried partner visa ( 27mths). I know you have to pass the Life in the uk test first. I also would like to know what paper work is needed to make an application. thank you.

Yes. Apply on form SET(M). The guidance notes will list the required documents.
