Eligible date to Apply for ILR ...

Hi -
I am in the process of applying for ILR through premium appointment at PEO.
Initially I was on Work permit (issued in India) with the following dates:
Date of Issue: 5 June 2007
Valid From: 20 June 2007 (Appears in Passport Visa Stamp)
Valid To: 20 June 2008 (Appears in Passport Visa Stamp)
Date of Entry: 29 June 2007 (Stamped on WP at Heathrow Airport)
Later in 2008, I applied for one more work permit and converted into Tier 1 General on April 2009.
I did not stay out of UK for more than 180 days in this 5 years and no single trip outside UK exceeds 90 days.
I am under the assumption that I will be eligible to apply for ILR within 28 days from the date of issue of Initial WP Visa plus 5 years.
i.e. 07-May-2012 ( 28 days before 5 June 2012).
Please could someone help me in calculating the eligible date to book an appointment?
Many Thanks
RK.

when is your current visa expiring? If you got enough leave to complete 5 years then you can book an appointment 28 days before 5th anniversary of Date of Entry(28 days before 29 June 2012). if you will not have enough leave to complete 5 years due to travel delay (less than 90 days) then you can count from 20 June 2007.
5 June 2007 is irrelevant in your case

Hi I have the same case But i believe that They gave me 3 months more visa.
HSMP conversion from Student on 27/07/2007
Visa Granted : 27/07/2007 To 26/07/2009
Extension Tier 1 : 14/10/2009 To 15/10/2012 ( Applied on time)
Can i apply MY ILR at the end of July 2012?
Please Advise.
Thanks in Advance

What was the reason for the gap from 26/07/2009 to 14/10/2009? (Were you in the UK?)

If the gap was caused by some UKBA delay (i.e. your stay was legal), then you should be able to apply on/from 29 June 2012.

Normally five years are counted from date of entry in UK. However in your case you can apply 28 days before the expiry of your current leave to remain

Thanks Very much for the advice.
Yes My stay was legal. It was Just UKBA who issued visa like this. I applied in time.
