Is 28 days (entry or issue date) tier 1 general ILR

Hi,
I am due for ILR,need help in exact date
Visa issued -31-07-2007
Entry in uk- 02-08-2007
What is the earliest date I can book for one day premium service

I think you are not eligible for ILR yet as you entered UK 6 months, 2 days after getting HSMP. You will need a second extension for your Tier-1 and once you have completed 5 years, you can then apply for ILR

Agree with linkers, they normally allow up to 3months gap between entry clearance date and date of entry to UK, so you would need an extension as your gap is longer than 3 months

Sorry issue date 31-07-2007 not 31-01-2007

you can apply 28 days before the 2nd of August 2012...I make it the 5th of July onwards..goodluck

As you entered UK within 90 days of getting EC, you are eligible to apply on or after Tuesday, July 3, 2007.
