Decide which one!
And there is no "ILR dependant" visa.
There are more than one Tier 1 categories. Which one did your husband belong to?
When did you enter UK for the first time? And under which category?
Since entering then, have you made any application for leave to remain? If so, when and under which category?

I am on ILR in 10 years category and my wife is on spouse visa recently switched from TiER 1 General Dependendent.
My wife stayed in uk on TIER 1 General from June 2009. I want to apply for my wife ILR on TIER1 Dependent basis so do i have to show the income which normally requires now for TIER 1 General candidates(Main Applicant).
My wife recently appeared IELTS and score is 7. Is english language requirement ok with IELTS.
My wife was outside of the country for 300 days with genuine reason in the last three years.
Thanks in advance for the answers.

Given that you have been in the UK since June 2009 as a Tier 1 (General) dependant and spouse of settled person,
287(a)(i)(d) is already fulfilled and you should be able to apply for settlement using
SET(M) as and when you wish to.

Thanks for your reply.
I want to know does my husband has show his income because he was on TIER1 General, when husband got his TIER1 General extension he has to show an income of 32000 pounds but now he has got ILR on 10 years basis.
We dont have letters on my name for the last two years i might have some letters but for the last 7 months i have my bank account on my name.
i was out of country for about 9 months but have a reason behind that stay in india does my absence from the country effects my application
I am on spouse visa which has been issued on 29th of April2012
Thanks again for your reply

There is no "minimum income" requirement for SET(M) application.
SET(M) form does not ask for details about applicant's absences from the UK.

I am in tier-1 and my wife is in tier-1 dependent. I am eligile for ILR on Sep 2012. My wife is here for more than 2 years as a tier-1 dependent.
My query is:
If I appy for ILR (based on 10 years) and get it,
will my wife be able to apply immediately for ILR after me directly? She is now tier-1 dependent. Tier-1 dependent can apply directly for ILR?
